Open to EITHER Shelter or Enforcement Supervisor. Awards Committee may select either or both to receive this award.

Base criteria:

1. Must be employed with a current FACA Member Agency.
2. Must have been actively involved in the animal control/protection profession for at least one year prior to January 1st, 2022.
3. Can be nominated for a single outstanding achievement in animal control/protection or for exceptional performance for the year(s) prior to January 1st, 2022.
