RISING STAR OF THE YEAR

Open to EITHER Shelter or Enforcement employees with less than two years’ experience in animal protection/control that have demonstrated attributes that stand out early in their career. The Awards Committee may select either or both to receive this award.

BASE CRITERIA for Rising Star of the Year award:

1. Must be employed at an agency that is a current Regular Member of FAPAA.
2. Must be actively involved in the animal control/protection profession 
3. Can be nominated for a single outstanding achievement in animal control/protection or for exceptional performance for the year nominated.

RISING STAR OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FORM:  This form must be included with nomination 2024 FAPAA Rising Star

NARRATIVE OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS/PERFORMANCE:  Please include separately, along with any supporting documents, letters of recommendation, etc., and submit with this form.

PHOTOS: Mandatory requirement for all awards. Please include at least one (1) quality jpeg image of the nominee for use during the awards presentation.

DEADLINE: All nominations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2023.
