SENTINEL AWARD

BASE CRITERIA for Sentinel award:

  1. This nomination must be submitted by a FAPAA Regular Member or Associate Member in good standing during the year 2023.
  2. This award recognizes achievements by an individual and/or an organization that has advanced the humane treatment of animals by compassionately working in their defense. Potential recipients of this award include but are not limited to, community leaders, elected officials, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers.

SENTINEL AWARD NOMINATION FORM:  This form must be included with nomination 2024 FAPAA Sentinel Award

NARRATIVE OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS/PERFORMANCE:  Please include separately, along with any supporting documents, letters of recommendation, etc., and submit with this form.

PHOTOS: Mandatory requirement for all awards. Please include at least one (1) quality JPEG image for use during the awards presentation.

DEADLINE: All nominations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2023.
