Employee of the Year

EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

Open to non-ACO employees EITHER Shelter or Enforcement. The Awards Committee may select either or both to receive this award.

BASE CRITERIA for Employee of the Year award:

  1. Must be employed at an agency that is a current Regular Member of FAPAA.
  2. Must have been actively involved in the animal control/protection profession since at least January 1st, 2023.
  3. Can be nominated for a single outstanding achievement in animal control/protection or for exceptional performance for the year nominated.

EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR NOMINATION FORM:  This form must be included with nomination 2024 FAPAA Employee of the Year

NARRATIVE OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS/PERFORMANCE:  Please include separately, along with any supporting documents, letters of recommendation, etc., and submit with this form.

PHOTOS: Mandatory requirement for all awards. Please include at least one (1) quality jpeg image of the nominee for use during the awards presentation.

DEADLINE: All nominations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2023.

    Narrative of Accomplishments/Performance

    Please include supporting documentation that will help demonstrate the worthiness of your nomination, however please submit no more than 10 pages total per nomination. This may include letters of recommendation, details of their outstanding achievement, details of their exceptional performance, etc.
